Not exactly a double exposure photo. However, I believe there are some thematic similarities with the previous photo.Also, that black stuff is dried up lava.
Dried up? Uh...Anyways cool photo, obviously it's all about the reflection. If it wasn't for that you'd have no idea what this is about.
